The Politician

Project Overview: The requirement for this series was straightforward: "We are doing a recruitment campaign. We need something new, something... different." A colleague suggested portraying the subjects as someone else at first, then revealing them as someone completely different. Inspired by that idea we present the series - “Do You Have It In You?” which is based around the idea of glorifying workers in the hospitality sector like never before. Each of them portrayed a different persona but the core essence being that - they are the master of their art form. This approach showcases how much Cinnamon Life values the workforce that is integral in providing high quality service. With this being the first line of content Cinnamon Life officially launches to the outside world It is vital that they make a mark and deliver the message - This is not your usual hospitality brand. This is only on those videos. Production & Treatment: The production lasted two days, the locations being Cinnamon Lakeside and at Cinnamon Life, we shot all 4 videos in the span of those 2 days. This video features a young woman seated at a press conference, surrounded by numerous microphones that obscure her face. Initially, her identity remains unknown, though she appears to be a dedicated young politician. During her interview with journalists, it unexpectedly transforms into an inspiring motivational speech, highlighting her passion for politics. The twist occurs when the video switches to a broader high-angle shot, revealing that she is, in fact, the operations manager delivering motivation to her team before their workday begins.
